  • At Metaglamorsys, we stand by the quality of our hair bundles. Due to the nature of the product and hygiene standards, all hair bundle sales are final. However, we do accept returns under specific conditions.

    You may return hair bundles only if:

    • You received the wrong length, texture, or item, or

    • The product arrived defective or damaged

    🔁 Return Conditions

    To qualify for a return:

    • Hair must be unused, unwashed, uninstalled, and unaltered (no dye, cutting, or heat styling)

    • Product must be returned in its original condition and packaging

    • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order

    • Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was on our end.
