Raw Hair Bundles

At Metaglamorsys, we stand by the quality of our hair bundles. Due to the nature of the product and hygiene standards, all hair bundle sales are final. However, we do accept returns under specific conditions.

✅ Eligible Returns

You may return hair bundles only if:

• You received the wrong length, texture, or item, or

• The product arrived defective or damaged

🔁 Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

• Hair must be unused, unwashed, uninstalled, and unaltered (no dye, cutting, or heat styling)

• Product must be returned in its original condition and packaging

• You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order

📩 Return Process

• Email beautycontact@metaglamorsys.com with your order number, photos, and a brief explanation of the issue.

• Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was on our end.

💳 Refunds

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return

• We do not refund for incorrect orders, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with texture (as raw hair varies slightly by donor)

• Processing Time: 5–10 business days for custom wigs before dispatch
• Courier: Royal Mail, DPD, or other tracked UK carriers
• Cost: Calculated at checkout based on order total and shipping option
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched

🌍 International Shipping

• Standard International: 7–12 business days (varies by country)
• Express International: 3–5 business days (available to most regions)
• Processing Time: 5–10 business days for custom wigs before dispatch
• Courier: DHL, FedEx, UPS, or local partner couriers (with tracking)
• Customs & Duties:
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by their country.
